Site Supervisor
Dean’s current role is running day-to-day operations, including overseeing construction projects being managed by Develop Projects.
Dean has widespread experience in project management and construction. He has worked extensively in the construction industry across Sydney and believes that working to deliver more than the client's expectations is the key to success at Develop Projects.
Emmanuel Giannaros
WHS & QA Compliance Manager
Emmanuel’s current role within Develop Projects is to ensure our projects are delivered with Safety & Compliance at the forefront of the companies day-to-day operations.
Emmanuel has an extensive amount of WHS & Quality Assurance experience within the Construction Industry. He is responsible for ensuring that our project delivery standards meet all Quality Assurance requirements which resultantly allows Develop Projects to continuously deliver its services above the industry acceptable standards.
Mase Mousa
Project Manager
Mase is a licensed builder and carpenter. He has over 15 years of industry experience, where he has managed and delivered numerous residential and commercial projects across New South Wales. Through both his training and site experience, Mase has gathered extensive knowledge in all facets of building construction and renovation, including rendering, painting, roof tiling, civil works and more. He is well-versed in the delivery of projects as per client’s scope of work and specifications/finishes schedules. Clients recognize Mase’s track record of delivering building projects to a high standard in both a timely and cost-effective manner.
